Our Mini Dance Company features 5-7 year olds. They are required to attend 4 hours of dance classes per week. They perform 1 company number as part of their company requirement and are invited to participate in the studio production number. They perform in a total of 2 local competitions with an option to add a 3rd.

Our Lil Tribe Dance Company features 7-9 year olds. They are required to attend 5 hours of dance classes per week. They perform 2 company numbers (one lyrical, one jazz) as part of their company requirement along with the studio production number. They perform in a total of 3 local competitions.

Our Troupe Dance Company features 10-12 year olds. They are required to attend 7 hours of dance classes per week. They perform 2 company numbers (one lyrical, one jazz) as part of their company requirement along with the studio production number. Troupe is also invited to audition for specific auditions with Crew. They perform in a total of 2 local competitions and 2 local conventions.

All performance numbers are audition based and as their company requirement must participate in the full studio production. They perform in a total of 2 local competitions and 3 local conventions.

Our Alliance Dance Company features high school students. The number of required hours is tailored to each dancer but will range between 5.5-7 hours of classes per week. All performance numbers are optional and audition based. Alliance Members can also do a solo only if that is their preference. As our teenagers enter this developmental milestone we want to encourage and support them in having an achievable balance between school and dance! Alliance is built with the concept of balance, opportunity, and community as a foundation. We are proud to offer something that will cater to our high school students and look forward to changing the dance world together.

Tracy I love this studio and all of the teachers. My only comment is that for people who work during the week a night class would be great. Now that Cindy is teaching on Saturday’s ( I love her) I don’t get to take your Jazz class at all. I know the pandemic has been rough but it would be great if the Wednesday class could get added back on
I love that classes are recorded and I can take them whenever it is convenient. I work when most classes take place so this has been such a gift!
I love everything about Tribe! It is a sisterhood of women whose passion is dance. We are here for each other to celebrate the good times & to be there for each other during the challenging times in life! Throughout it all, Tracy and all of her teachers do everything possible to take care of us physically, socially & emotionally. Currently to survive this situation, she has reached out to us through Virtual Dance classes. They are truly our silver lining in our days. I can’t thank Tracy, Sky, Sophia & Marie enough for their creativity, patience and dedication to being there for all of us. We love & appreciate all of them!! Quality of instruction; fitness level of instructors; full hour length of classes; musical choices; pacing of the classes; level of challenge is correct for a 50ish woman who is a life long gym rat who does Zumba, Step, and weight training daily who seeks instructors that are “a level above”; professionalism – no hard sales pitch, classes start and end on time; audio and video are high quality for Zoom classes; owner is so dedicated to the business – efficiently handles communications for Zoom links herself. OK to share my name but not my business association. I did not check the box because of the business restriction.
Classes are fun and intense which allows for anyone to challenge themselves and get in amazing shape. They have risen to the occasion during the pandemic and now offer Zoom classes which gives me the flexibility to fit the class into my busy schedule.
Tribe Body is a great studio! Great teachers! If you don’t want to travel to New York to take the highest level of dance, you don’t have to. Just go to Tribe Body! You will receive the highest level of proficiency with teachers who will give you the personal attention you will never get in New York. Having been a dancer my whole life, this is one of the only studios to provide a class for me that gives me the dance workout and choreography I can’t get anywhere else.

Yesterday was my daughters first class at Tribe. The studio was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, and she loved the class!

I’ve been coming to Tribe for about 7 years now. The classes are fun and energetic. The studio is clean, and beautifully decorated for a zen environment. They have done a great job continuing to provide fun classes during this unfortunate pandemic. I wish I could attend more classes, it really is a joyful place.

I love the Aerial teachers and aerial!
The level of dance instruction is superior. The dancers don’t just learn one dance for a year end performance but rather learn how to dance in all styles. The environment is supportive and collaborative and is lead by excellent talented teachers who place the emphasis on learning and mastering dance and foster a positive environment. Tribe also brings in nationally recognized choreographers to work with the dancers and expand their repertoire of dance styles! We are am super grateful to be part of such an exceptional dance studio!
